Cake with cream cheese and grapes

The cream cheese and grape cake is, in fact, a classic cheesecake in which you strain some of the most fragrant fruit. It is a tasty and nutritious dessert, with which you can spoil your loved ones at any time!

It took:

300 g biscuits

150 g butter


300 g cream cheese

200 g mascarpone

200 g old powder

200 g fresh liquid

3-4 drops of vanilla extract

10 g jelly

grapes of white and black grapes

Method of preparation

Crush the biscuits in the kitchen robot and mix with the melted butter, then place them on the bottom of a detachable cake shape. Separately, prepare the cream, mixing mascarpone with cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin in a little hot water, then add in the cheese composition and mix everything well until you get a homogeneous cream.

Divide the cream into two. Add a part over the biscuits, cover the whole surface with grape seeds, then pour the rest of the cream. Decorate the cheesecake with whipped cream. Cold it at least 2-3 hours before serving.
