Salmon tartare with avocado

The salmon tartare with avocado may sound pretentious and complicated, but in reality, it is an extremely simple appetizer, which includes only natural foods and delicious spices. It belongs to the family of raw foods.

Preparation time

3 slices of smoked salmon

1 lawyer

1 lemon (2 files)

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 bunch of fresh coriander

1 bunch of fresh parsley

1 small red onion

1 tip of chili powder knife

1 tip of ground minced quince knife

Method of preparation

Cut the salmon into cubes and place it in a bowl. Chop the avocado cubes and mix it with the lime or lemon, the chopped onion and 1/2 of the coriander and parsley.

Add the spices and mix the ingredients well. Mix in the blender remaining coriander and parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, olive oil and 1/2 lemon juice (or a lemon). Pour the tartar sauce over the salmon cubes, and at the end add the avocado mix and mix well.

Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Serve tartar with salmon and avocado on slices of bread or wand.
