Minimax, the first television station for children broadcasting non-violent programs in Romania, started on October 1, 2009 a national campaign aimed at encouraging reading and stimulating creativity among children.
The campaign entitled Pleasure of Reading is a new initiative of the extension of the Minimax post, which aims to spread the values and by popularizing the reading, which has reached the second level in the concerns of the little ones.
The National Pleasure of Reading was joined by promotional partners as the National Association of Librarians and Public Libraries of Romania (ANBPR) and the Association of Librarians of Romania (ABR), thus supporting the efforts to encourage and popularize the reading by involving its own branch networks. county and school premises.
"Lend a book" is one of the stages that started in early October and aims to stimulate the talent and creativity of the little ones. Thus, all those who visit the library in their city and borrow a book, are invited to send its summary, specifying why they would recommend it to other children.

The Minimax station started broadcasting from October 5, 2009 short clips, in which various celebrities and local personalities such as Bianca Brad, Crina Mardare, Roxana Iliescu, Cosmin Cernat, Alexandru Conovaru, Liana Stanciu and many others, guide those small in the fantasy world of books, from which young viewers will find out what their favorite childhood book was.
