How it works

As long as you keep the Mayo Clinic diet you will eat more grapefruit than you thought possible, and you will probably get bored pretty quickly by the limited number of foods you are allowed to eat.


Although grapefruit is a fruit with many nutrients and low calories, it does not "burn fat". There is no scientific evidence to prove this.
