400 g cherry

200 g casponi

150 g apricot

4 eggs

200 g old

90 ml of oil

200 g of yogurt

250 g flour

1 piece of baking powder

30 g vanilla sugar

1 tablespoon of cocoa

1 tablespoon of rom essence

Method of preparation

Wash the fruits well and remove the seeds. In a larger bowl mix the eggs with the sugar and mix gently and gradually add the oil. Stir until you get a fluffy cream. It also incorporates yogurt, vanilla sugar and baking powder.

Line a larger tray with baking paper and put 3/4 of the dough in it. In the rest of the composition, add the cocoa, the essence of rum and mix well.

Pour this composition into the tray and place on top the cut fruit into small slices.

Put the pan in the oven for about 30 minutes, until it has a golden hue above.
