The potato pie with ham is inspired by the Swiss cuisine. This dish can be served at lunch or dinner as such or with asparagus.
1 cup grated ham
1 Swiss Cheese Cane, race
1 small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, cut
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 dogs potatoes shaved
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Method of preparation
Beat the egg, add the ham, half a cup of cheese, onion, rosemary, pepper, salt and potatoes. Mix.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and spread the composition in the pan. Cover and roast the potatoes for 4 minutes, until they become crispy. Add over half a cup of cheese, cover and leave on the fire for another 4 minutes.
Spread the preparation on a wooden bottom, cut into triangles and serve it hot.
