Halloween Antipa

The National Museum of Natural History "Grigore Antipa" invites all the curious and all the brave to spend the Halloween day in the permanent exhibition, with the fauna of the world.

The National Museum of Natural History "Grigore Antipa" invites all the curious and all the brave to spend the Halloween day in the permanent exhibition, with the fauna of the world.
On October 31, between 10:00 and 20:00, we invite you to spend Halloween in Antipa.

Black cats, "vampire" mammals, insectivores "demons" and other creatures that have been scaring the world for centuries will be subject to research to discover the scientific truth.
Since the past, humans have given different animals evil or angelic meanings, associating them with luck or bad luck. The mythology of different peoples has given animals a symbolism that is not related to reality.
We are waiting for you in Antipa, to tell and to do justice to the unjustly accused species as messengers of the river.
We invite you to a special guide, which will surprise you, so that with specialists we set the boundary between legend and truth.
Come and look for us in the Museum, the animals for which it is Halloween, to learn but also to entertain us on account of the "rumors" about them!
On this special day there will be 5 thematic guides starting with 11.00 am; 11.15; 13.30; 17.00 and 17.15.
Participation costs are 10 lei / participant, and registrations can be made up to 25 places / group, by phone: 021.312.88.26, key 5 or by e-mail: [email protected]
Additional information about the programs: dr. Aurora Stanescu, head of the Department of Public Relations, cultural marketing and educational programs, e-mail: [email protected], 0723.149.694
