Moldovan roses or Moldovan sausages are made from minced pork that are prepared around Christmas.

1 garlic capitan

1 kg pork pulp

250 g slanine

marjoram

thyme

coriander

pepper

pig intestine

Method of preparation

Clean the meat of the skin, then give it through the mincer. Cut the pieces into small pieces, then mix with the minced meat and add a little water, to homogenize the composition.

Add the minced garlic, salt, pepper, coriander, pomegranate and thyme. Fill the bowels with this composition, using a special device attached to the chopping machine.

Once ready, fry the sausages in a frying pan with oil or lard.

Tricks

You can keep sausages longer if you smoke them in a special smoker.
