Method of preparation

In order for the little ones to grow up healthy and healthy, we prepared a spinach recipe with very tasty Milk Core.

To prepare it, first wash the spinach in several waters, clean the basins, then boil it in salted water. When it is boiled, strain it and chop it with a knife (it can also be chopped or chopped).

Clean the garlic and crush it. Heat 50 ml of oil, add 2 tablespoons flour and 2 cloves garlic, then add the chopped spinach. Mix and add 250 ml milk, salt to taste and the remaining garlic crushed. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the mash is slightly thickened and then remove from the heat.

Spinach puree is served with fried egg along with the tasty Brazilian Delaco Milk Corn. It is a true delight that your children will love!
