Egg salad with liver is a perfect snack for lunch. She is satiated and you can take her with you even at work. It is prepared quickly, in just a few minutes, and is delicious.
4 large potatoes
250 gr. liver
4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 link lift
Method of preparation
Boil the eggs first, about 5 minutes, until they harden. Wash the potatoes well, bring them to a boil in the peel and when they are ready, clean them immediately.
Wash the liver, cut into thin strips and fry in oil, about 8 minutes. After the eggs and potatoes have cooled, pass them through the chopping machine and season them with salt and pepper, lemon juice and mix well.
Add the chopped onion, the radishes cut in half and the parsley minced. The egg salad is served cold, garnished with figs, radishes of radish, grated cheese and olives.
