Cold cucumber soup

4 medium cucumbers

700 g of yogurt

2 cloves of garlic

1 dill link

1 lemon

50 ml of oil

salt and pepper

120 ml of milk

30 g nuts

Method of preparation

Clean the cucumber from the peel, remove the seeds and chop them. Mix half the quantity of cucumbers with the help of a blender along with milk, lemon juice, garlic, dill and oil.

Season the composition with salt and pepper to taste, then give cold soup for at least half an hour.

The other half of cucumbers mix with the walnuts. Put soup in bowls and decorate it with cubes of cucumbers, nuts and a few dill strands.
