Apple pie is one of the most appreciated desserts in the Romanian cuisine.
9 tablespoons old
9 tablespoons milk
12 tablespoons flour
1/2 envelope baking powder
4 tablespoons oil for the quality of apples
4 tablespoons sugar powder
Method of preparation
Clean the peel apples, clean the pips and put them in the oil, then add the cinnamon. Separately, mix the eggs with the sugar, then pour the oil into a thin wire and mix well. Add flour mixed with baking powder and milk, then continue mixing.
Pour half the dough into a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven, put the grated apples on top and pour the remaining dough.
Bake for another 35 minutes, until golden brown. Leave the cake to cool, then sprinkle with sugar.
