4 pieces of beef apricot

1 half lemon

1 box of black beer

600 g green beans

4 cloves of garlic

200 g tomatoes


salt and pepper

1 dill link

Method of preparation

Pour the beer into a deep bowl and mix with lemon juice, thyme and a little pepper. Add the sausage in this sauce and leave it to macerate for at least two hours. Meanwhile, wash the green beans and bring to a boil with a little salt for 10 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and garlic, then leave the mixture on the fire for another 15 minutes. Heat the grill and fry the macaroni soaked in beer sauce for about 5 minutes on both sides. Serve the hot apricot, with the green bean garnish, sprinkled with dill.
