If you follow a diet and do not know what salads to prepare, you can choose one of green beans. It is prepared quickly and is healthy. You can also serve it as a garnish for other foods.
1 kg green beans pasai
1 cup water
5 - 6 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 half lemon
Method of preparation
Clean and wash the beans well and break the pasta into smaller pieces. Bring to a boil with a little water, in a covered pot, about 20 minutes.
After it has boiled, season the bean with salt, taste it, drain it and add the garlic, oil and lemon juice to it.
Mix well until homogenized.
At the end, decorate it with chopped dill and leave it a little cold before serving.
