The Department for SMEs, Business and Tourism in partnership with ROMEXPO will invite you to the first edition of the National Fair for Crafts and Crafts.
The fair will take place from October 16 to 20 and is attended by 200 of the most skilled craftsmen in the country.
The National Fair for Crafts and Crafts was organized in order to support small craftsmen in promoting their own, authentic Romanian products, but also to share to the public from the old traditions. For 5 days, the Bucharest residents will be able to purchase traditional objects and products and will be able to take part in the workshops specially created by artisan craftsmen.
"We have a country full of traditions, talented people and skilled craftsmen, so we have to bring this to the public. Through this event, where the exhibition and events complement each other, we intend to bring these traditions and the resulting products, reminding visitors of the rich cultural heritage we have, "says Mrs. Maria Grapini, Minister for SMEs, Business and Tourism Environment
During each day, within the stands, the exhibitors will give visitors the opportunity not only to purchase the finished products, but also to understand how they are made, what the materials are used and how important the craft is handed down from generation to generation.
During the event will be found objects such as: hand-woven carpets, ii, upholstery, wipe, lace, traditional ceramics, folk dolls, masks, wooden articles, glass, leather, iron, etc.
