The cheese pudding with carrots is a healthy preparation, suitable for feeding the baby.
300 g of cow cheese
1 tablespoon gray
1 tablespoon flour
1 yellow of you
1 tablespoon butter
50 ml milk
1 tablespoon old
Method of preparation
Clean the carrot, then cut into appropriate pieces and bring to a boil. Peel the boiled carrot for a creamy mash, then mix everything with the cheese.
Bring the gravy to a boil in the milk, then mix it with the cheese and carrot. Add flour, yolk and sugar.
Put the composition in a heat-resistant form greased with butter, then bake it, in a bath-marie, for 35 minutes.
Remove the pudding after it has a golden crust, then let it cool slightly.
