200 g flour

200 ml milk

2 eggs

2 tablespoons oil

1 sachet of baking powder

100 g Sofia Delaco cheese

200g mushrooms (fresh or canned)

1 link of green onion

1 tablespoon of dill leaves

Method of preparation

A delicious brioche recipe, very easy to make with Sofia delaco cheese.

The first thing you need to do is cut the cheese into cubes and chives as much as you can. Then chop the dill and slice the mushrooms as thin as possible. After you have beaten the eggs well with the milk and oil, add all the ingredients prepared earlier.

This composition is poured over the flour and baking powder, mixing well until homogenized.

In the meantime, prepare a tray with baking paper on which you place the briquette shapes, greased with a little oil.

Fill each shape with the prepared composition, but leave a finger space between the edge of the form and composition, so that the mussels grow beautifully.

Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes until the bricks turn golden.

These bricks are a delicious snack that we can serve both for breakfast, as appetizers for parties or holidays.
