Spinach pudding with bread

Spinach bread pudding is a healthy preparation that can be included in the nutrition of children.

500 g of spinach

100 g of bread

1 tablespoon butter

2 eggs

50 ml liquid cream

120 ml milk

Method of preparation

Clean the spinach, then rinse it in water and bring to a boil. Drain the spinach after it is ready, then chop it with a blender and mix it with breadcrumbs soaked in milk.

Separately, mix the butter, cream, salt and egg yolks, while the whites beat the foam separately. Carefully incorporate the blueberries into the spinach composition. Pour the composition in a heat-resistant form greased with butter and give it to the oven, over low heat, about 30 minutes.

Remove the pudding after it has lightly browned and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
