3 eggs

3 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons flour

4 casseroles x 75g Milk Core

4 candied mandarins (or other fruits: apricots, figs, etc.)

100 g chocolate

Method of preparation

The Delaco Milk Cheese Roll is a delicious dessert that your kids will definitely love. It is delicious, easy to prepare and very nutritious.

For starters we need to heat the oven to 200 degrees. Meanwhile, put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix well, until they become foamy. Add in this foam the 3 tablespoons of flour, mixing slowly and constantly until we get a fluffy dough.

Line a baking tray, place the dough in it as evenly as possible, then leave it in the oven for about 10 minutes.

When it is beautifully browned, we remove the dough on a kitchen towel powdered with sugar, we roll it and allow it to cool slightly. In the meantime, we cut the Milk Corn cheese and the fruit in small pieces. We also cut the strip in approximately 4 cm wide.

We fill each strip with the goodness of the cheese and the fruit entrusted, then we roll it beautifully.

Then we melt in the chocolate steam bath and decorate as much each piece of rolling. We can add a few cubes of candied fruit or almond flakes for a more demanding serving.

Absolutely delicious and perfect for these cold winter evenings. We can serve it to the little ones with a glass of milk.
