10 pieces of red beetroot

3 strands of fresh horseradish

Method of preparation

Wash beets of dirt and soil well and bring to a boil. After it boils, let it cool and clean from the peel and cut the strips.

Mix with vinegar, salt, honey and horseradish, washed and cleaned well and given through the smallest grater.
