Bitter chocolate mousse with mascarpone


250g Delaco mascarpone

150g bitter chocolate 80%

100g old

30g cocoa powder

200ml fresh milk

Crispy biscuits

Method of preparation

What desert do we have today for children? We have prepared a delicious recipe, perfect as a nutritious snack for the little ones.

First melt the bitter chocolate in bain-marie. Heat the milk separately with 100g of sugar and cocoa powder. When the sugar has melted, add the melted chocolate and allow the mixture to cool, but not completely.

Add the mascarpone cheese and mix until you get a homogeneous cream.

Mount the dessert in glasses for a more elegant look. On the bottom of each glass, break three or four biscuits into the appropriate pieces and then add the cream. Garnish with the strawberry pieces and leave the dessert in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
