Pie with mushrooms and figs

Mushroom and fig pie is a perfect appetizer for a family meal or for a short visit from friends. It is prepared quickly and easily, and its taste is very special.

2 sheets of dough

450 g chicken liver

8 mushrooms

1 large onion

2 eggs

200 ml sour cream for cooking

1 parsley bond

2 tablespoons oil

salt and pepper

Method of preparation

Heat the figs, mushrooms, onion and parsley minced in a large pan. Season the composition with salt and pepper to taste, then spread the pie dough into a shape.

Turn over the mixture of figs with mushrooms and cover with another sheet of pie, gently pressing the edges to glue. Separately, in a bowl, mix the cream with an egg and lightly pour the composition obtained inside the pie, making a small hole.

Beat the second egg and grease the pie with it, then bake it for 25 minutes.
