Method of preparation

First wash the vegetables well, in several waters, to thoroughly clean them of impurities. Cut green salad, loboda and nettles of larger dimensions.

Add the chopped onion and dill. Mix the composition with oil, tomato sauce and lemon juice.

Finally, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spring salad can be served either simple or as a garnish for other foods.
