If you are a fan of healthy food, carrot skewers are ideal for a perfect dinner. It is prepared in just a few minutes and is extremely delicious and will delight even the big meat lovers.

300-400 g carrots

2 teaspoons old

20 ml oil

2 teaspoons flour

1 cube of mushroom concentrate

1 teaspoon butter

1 tablespoon sour cream

Dill parsley

salt pepper

1 red pepper

Method of preparation

Wash and clean the carrot well, then cut into thin slices or give it to grinders. Heat the oil in a pan and fry a little carrot, until it leaves a little juice. Then add the red pepper, finely chopped, mushroom concentrate, salt, sugar and 200 ml of water and let them simmer for 20 minutes, until low.

After the carrots have softened, add a little salt if necessary, pepper, butter, flour and chopped vegetables and let boil for several minutes.
