The potato pudding with cheese can be served as a side dish with various steaks.

1 kg white potatoes

3 eggs

200 g of sheep

50 g butter

1 tablespoon of bread

3 tablespoons cream

100 g cheese

Method of preparation

Wash the potatoes well, then boil them in salted water. Leave the potatoes to cool, then peel and cut the rounds. Line a heat-resistant bowl with butter and breadcrumbs, then place slices of potatoes in layers, alternating with grated cheese, cream and cheese.

Beat the eggs and pour over the composition. Put the composition in the hot oven, about 30 minutes. Remove the pudding after it has a golden crust and serve it hot.
