If you want a fast mayonnaise, without egg, try mayonnaise from puffins. Yes, you read that right! Here's what you have to do:

ingredients:

- 2 hands full of salt puffs;
- a teaspoon of mustard;
- a quarter teaspoon of salt;
- 150 ml of oil.

How is it prepared:

Put the puffs in a sieve or sieve and pass them through a stream of cold water. After you have made sure that the water has penetrated all the puffets, leave them 5-10 minutes aside, soak them and then put them in the pot where they are going to prepare mayonnaise. How is it prepared:

Choose a well-baked avocado and cut it in two, lengthwise. Remove the seeds, then sprinkle the whole fruit pulp with a spoon and place in a blender or bowl. Over the soy milk, add the oil, along with a pinch of salt and mix everything with a vertical mixer, for about a minute. Once the mayonnaise has achieved the desired consistency, add the lemon juice and mustard in the composition, then mix again. The mayonnaise thus obtained can be successfully used in oriental salad, eggplant salad or cauliflower salad.

Mayonnaise from cow's milk

Try this unique recipe, you will be surprised by the result! It is so fine and white that you can remotely confuse it with sour cream or whipped cream. It can be prepared with whole milk (3% fat) and semi-skimmed milk (1.5% fat).
