Method of preparation

Prepare a dough dough from all the ingredients mentioned, then divide the composition into 2 parts. Bake them one at a time in a tray lined with baking paper, about 15 minutes each.

Meanwhile, soak gelatin in 2 tablespoons cold water.

Beat the cream, add the sugar and beat a little. Melt the gelatin in the microwave, mix it with the condensed milk, then pour over the whipped cream and mix.

For icing, melt chocolate over low heat or microwave with butter, water and oil.

Put the cream over a sheet of cake, level, place the second sheet, then pour the icing lightly.

Give the cake a cold, about 2 hours.
