The peasant soup can be prepared in the cool autumn days, being a tasty and healthy preparation, due to the vegetables used.

1 carrot

2 strains

1 pumpkin

2 potatoes

1 little celery

1 green pepper

1 red pepper

30 g of rice

500 g tomatoes

2 tablespoons tomato paste

Method of preparation

Clean all the vegetables from the shell, then chop the onion, carrot, pepper, celery, parsley and tomatoes.

Instead, your potatoes and pumpkins give you bigger cubes.

Boil the crocodiles with greenery in a little water to cover them until the pulp of the sprouts comes off. Strain everything and remove the seed.

Heat the onion, celery and carrot and finally the pepper. Turn it off with boiling water and add the potatoes only after they have boiled the vegetables in half.

Finally, add the rice.

When the vegetables are boiled, add the tomato juice, tomato paste and then the sour cream. It matches the taste with salt and spices, extinguishes the fire and adds the chopped green.

After the juice has cooled down a little, beat the eggs and add the crumbs over the broth.
