The cream cheese and chocolate tart is an ideal dessert for the little sweets-eaters! It is simple to prepare, you do not need "sophisticated" ingredients and guarantees the praise of the near ones.
Here's how to make the cheese and chocolate cake:
- 250 grams of flour;
- 100 grams of unsalted butter;
- 50 grams of powdered sugar;
- 1 or;
- 3-4 tablespoons of cocoa;
- half teaspoon salt.
FOR THE CREAM
- 200 grams of classic Hochland cheese;
- 100 grams of fine sugar;
- 2 eggs;
- 150 grams of chocolate;

METHOD OF PREPARATION
To prepare the top, mix the butter with the sugar until a fine cream forms, then add the egg and mix while pouring a little water to homogenize the composition. Gradually add the flour, cocoa powder and area, stirring constantly until the dough forms. Cover it with foil and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 5 hours.
For cream, mix the fine sugar with the cream cheese until you get a homogeneous paste. Gradually add eggs, melted chocolate and lemon peel and mix well until the composition has a creamy consistency.
Put the fresh dough out of the fridge in a tray for the tart and leave it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Then pour the cream cheese and chocolate and put the tray back in the oven for 20 minutes.
Decorate the cake with strips of white and black chocolate or coconut flakes and serve it cold.
