Lemonade with mint is a refreshing summer drink, very healthy and aromatic.
6 large lemons
fresh mint leaves
150 g old brown
2 liters of water or siphon
ice cubes (optional)
Method of preparation
Boil the water with sugar and mint, until all the sugar is melted. Then boil the mint leaves for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the liquid to cool. After it has cooled, squeeze the liquid well with the aid of a gauze, so that no mint leaves remain.
Meanwhile, squeeze the juice from the 6 lemons into a bowl. Add the mint juice over the lemon juice. Add a few slices of fresh lemon and keep the container in the fridge for at least half an hour.
Serve drinks in glasses, with a few ice cubes and mint leaf decoration.
