Apricots with apricots

Apricot prawns are one of the most delicious Romanian seasonal desserts.

1 kg red potatoes

200 g flour

150 g gray

1 or

2 tablespoons oil

700 g apricot

Method of preparation

Put the boiled potatoes in the shell. Clean them while they are still hot, then crush them until you get a fine puree.

Mix potato paste with 200 grams of flour, 150 grams of gray, 1 egg and 2 tablespoons oil. Knead well until it reaches the consistency of a dough.

Make a roll out of this dough, which you will cut into pieces. Each piece is pressed in the hand, sits half a apricot and forms a ball (galusca).

Boil the water with a teaspoon of salt, then put the prawns in the water and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Galsutile are ready when they rise to the surface.

In a pan, mix the crumb with a little oil and fry until browned.

Give the buns through the crumb. Then sprinkle sugar over them.
