2. In smaller quantities, they are found in eggs, yogurt and milk (with 2% fat). Rice and bread also contain protein but, as is known, should not be consumed in excess.
3. Vegetables are not high in protein, but should not be neglected (spinach, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, tomatoes). Pasta, as you already know, consume it with caution.
