The onion salad is served fresh with a roast of poultry or as a topping next to a portion of cooked beans.
2-3 strains of water
4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons broth
Method of preparation
Cut the onion in half, leave it in the cold water for a few minutes, then cut it as thin as the fish.
Roast onion in oil and fold in water, until the onion becomes transparent. Add the chopped broth in cold water, match the taste salad by adding salt and pepper and let it drop well.
Put the salad in a salad bowl, sprinkle with juice from half a lemon, then serve with your favorite preparation.
You can enrich the taste of the salad by adding freshly chopped parsley.
