2 tablespoons butter

1/2 lemon

1 tablespoon flour


chopped dill

1 l vegetable soup

Method of preparation

Wash the rice in several waters, then boil it in vegetable soup. After half an hour, mix the rice, then add salt, after taste and a white sauce, prepared from melted butter and flour. You need to get a very fine creamy soup.

Let the soup boil, covered, about 20 minutes.

After the soup is ready, squeeze the juice from half a lemon and add it to it. Sprinkle over chopped dill.

Serve warm soup with bread croutons.


Add a little white pepper to this soup for a special taste.
