Syrian salad

Syrian salad is a very healthy salad, with lots of vegetables and feta cheese.

1 green salad

1 cucumber

3-4 shrinks

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

2 green onions

2 tomatoes

100 g feta cheese

parsley leaves

50 g black olives

2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 garlic puppy

Method of preparation

Wash the green salad, drain it from the water, then tear it to pieces. Put the salad strips in a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients cut into slices, put the feta cheese cubes, olives, parsley and pomegranate seeds.

Separately, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, crushed garlic and mint, so you get a dressing.

Pour dressing over salad.
