250 g olives without seeds
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
1/2 small onion
Method of preparation
Clean the onion, then chop as much as possible. Separately, remove the seeds from the avocado and peel the pulp, then cut into small cubes.
Put all the ingredients for the batter in the kitchen robot, then mix until you get a creamy composition. Add salt to this composition only after you have tasted it, because the olives are quite salty.
You do not need to use oil, because the avocado fruit itself is oily. Serve the steak on slices of fresh wand, with the favorite vegetables next to it.
