The cherry sauce is used alongside your favorite desserts and it doesn't take more than 20 minutes to prepare it.
1 cup cherry
50 ml orange juice
2-3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon lemon peel
1 tablespoon starch
Method of preparation
Put the cherries, orange juice, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauces and soy, lemon zest and starch in a pan.
Mix the ingredients well. Then let the composition simmer for 10 minutes, until you get the cherry sauce.
Keep the sauce in the fridge for use when you need it. You can consume simple sauce or alongside vanilla pudding, pancakes, waffles etc.
