Salmon pie is a tasty appetizer that you can prepare for dinner with your loved ones.
300 g smoked salmon
2 sheets dough sheet
1 medium onion
1 cube butter (30 g)
1 cup of rice
Method of preparation
Put three eggs to a boil, and separate the onion in a bowl of butter. Add a little salt, then put the rice and mix everything until the rice becomes translucent. Complete with two cups of water.
After the rice has boiled, add lemon juice and greenery.
Spread one of the dough sheets, cover it with rice, chopped fish and sliced eggs. Cover the pie with the second sheet, then strain the pie on the edges and garnish with the remaining egg.
Put the pie in the oven, over medium heat, about 30 minutes.
