If you expect guests, you can prepare a very interesting and aromatic dessert - vanilla spirals.
100 g flour
100 ml of water
250 g margarine
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
Method of preparation
In a bowl add water, margarine, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Leave on low heat until the margarine completely melts.
When it starts to boil, pull the pan aside and add the flour. Mix until completely incorporated.
Allow the dough to cool and add the eggs one by one.
Then put the composition in a sprit and form spirals directly into the hot oil.
Rumble the spirals on both sides, then remove them on absorbent paper.
Serve these spirals powdered with sugar or glued two by two with vanilla cream.
