Green beans with minced beef
Whoever says that healthy dishes cannot be delicious, certainly did not try this excellent recipe for growing fasts. Green beans with minced beef is an excellent source of iron, but also a wonderful way to make your child easier to accept vegetables at the table.
100 grams of minced beef
2 teaspoons of olive oil
50 g green beans cut into small pieces
160 g potatoes, cut into cubes
1 teaspoon butter with low fat content
salt and pepper, to taste
Method of preparation
Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the ground beef until it becomes brown, stirring continuously (add some water if needed). Season the meat with salt and pepper, but also with other favorite spices (if desired).
Separately, boil the potatoes and green beans until the vegetables are very tender. Crush the potatoes and mix with the butter, until you get a fine puree. Place two tablespoons of meat on the plate, one tablespoon of green beans (seasoned according to taste) and one tablespoon of puree.
