Sweet cake, although considered a festive Christmas dessert, can be tasted and enjoyed at any time of the year!

3 eggs

250 g old brown

1 packet of butter

the cane of rye flour

1 envelope baking powder

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

300 g wheat flour

1 spoon cinnamon crushed

1 tablespoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground chives

1 teaspoon macinat enbahar

little salt

For decoration

decorative chocolates, powdered sugar, orange juice

Method of preparation

In a bowl, mix the rye flour and wheat flour with the sugar, baking powder, spices and a little salt. After mixing well, add butter and eggs. Knead well until the composition becomes a heavy dough.

Bake the dough in the refrigerator for half an hour and turn on the oven to be hot.

Remove the dough and spread sheets 5 mm thick, from which you cut all kinds of figurines with the help of cake shapes.

Put the figurines on a baking paper, previously placed in the tray, and place them in the oven for a maximum of 20 minutes.

Decorate them as you like, by attaching colorful chocolates or by placing the icing made of orange juice and powdered sugar.
