Cake with cherries

The sour taste of the cherries is very suitable in any cake, and if you choose to prepare a cake, the success of the party is guaranteed.

6 eggs

6 tablespoons flour

6 tablespoons old

4 tablespoons oil

1 baking powder


1 food gelatin sachet

400 g fat yogurt

100 g old powder

0.5 kg cherries without seeds

500 ml fresh

Method of preparation

Prepare the cake top, mixing first the liquid ingredients and then the solid ones.

Leave the counter to cool, and in the meantime, deal with the cream.

Mix the yogurt with the sugar, add the dissolved gelatine in a little water (in bain-marie) and then add 1/2 of the whiskey. Incorporate in this cream and the cherries.

Cut the countertop into two parts, between which you place the cream of cherries.

Put the cake in the refrigerator, about 3 hours. Then cover the cake with the remaining whipped cream and decorate it as you like, with chocolate, cherries, dragees, etc.
