The cheesecake with berries is a dessert very suitable for hot summer days, because it is served cold.
For the countertop
1/2 kg cream cheese
1/2 kg of cow cheese
300 g old powder
3 tablespoons starch
3 tablespoons flour
20 ml lemon juice
1/2 pack melted butter
50 g fat cream
1/2 kg digestive biscuits
2 tablespoons old
200 g old
20 g starch
200 ml of water
400 g berries (blueberries, blackberries, raspberries)
Method of preparation
Mix the cow's cheese with the cream cheese, gradually add the sugar, then the eggs. Put on this composition starch, flour, lemon juice and mix everything well.
Add half of the melted butter and sour cream.
Separately, in a bowl mix the biscuits baked in the robot with two tablespoons of sugar and 50 grams of melted butter, until you get a paste.
Press the crust of biscuits into a round pan, greased with butter. Pour the cheese filling over the crust. Give the pan to the hot oven for about 60 minutes, then put out the heat and leave the cake to cool, about 2 hours.
For the berries, first mix the sugar with the starch and water. Put it on the fire for a few minutes, then add the fruit.
Pour the icing over the cheesecake only after it has cooled down.
