2 bouquets of broccoli
3 tablespoons of rice
2 tablespoons broth
1 red pepper
250 g mushrooms
3 tablespoons oil
1 parsley bond
Method of preparation
Cut the broccoli into smaller pieces and bring to a boil in salted water. Leave it for a few minutes from the moment it begins to boil water. After it has boiled, drain the water, but do not throw it.
Put the oil in the pot in which you prepare the food and add the chopped onion, the grated carrot, the thinly sliced pepper, the rice and the mushrooms cut into quarters. Garnish with salt and pepper, to taste.
