Tiramisu cake is a very popular Italian dessert, due to its fine consistency and special taste. It is an ideal option for welcoming guests or for holiday tables.
Preparation time: 45 minutes
- 1 package with champagne pies;
- 1 box with mascarpone cheese;
- 1 box of fresh liquid;
- 3 eggs;
- 150 g old;
- scent of rum;
- coffee without sugar.
Method of preparation
Mix the sugar with the yolks until the composition is homogenized and becomes foamy. Add the mascarpone cream and mix with the mixer.
Separately, prepare the whipped cream and put it over the main composition, along with the essence of rum.
On a platter, place a layer of syrupy pies before in cold coffee, put a layer of composition, then another row of patties, which you then glaze with remaining cream.
In the end, powder the cocoa cake.
Method of serving
It is served cold, as a dessert, after curing in the refrigerator for several hours.
For a more intense taste, add orange liqueur in cream and sprinkle 100g of grated dark chocolate after stretching the first layer of composition.
