1 kg of cauliflower
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 canning tomatoes in broth
1 dill link
Method of preparation
Unfold in small bouquets and boil in salted water. After it has softened a bit, remove the pieces and put them to drain.
Put the oil in a pan and add the chopped onion. Add the tomatoes and let them ride with the onion.
If you want to prepare the recipe with meat (chicken, pork), you must first integrate the pieces of meat in oil with a little water, before putting the chopped onion.
If you want to use beef, then you must boil it separately, because it is harder to cook and only when it is almost ready, add it to the oil with the onion and the rest of the ingredients.
Add cauliflower, add a little water, salt and pepper and mix a little, then the baked pan in the oven until it softens or drops the water.
Finally, chop the dill and place it on top.
