4 tablespoons old

500 ml skimmed yogurt
500 ml fresh liquid
200 g old cough
3 envelopes of gelatin

Method of preparation
Beat the egg whites with the goal until they harden very well, add sugar and mix at medium speed, until you get a glossy composition. Mix the yolks with the oil, until they take on the mayonnaise texture, then pour over the whites and add the flour and cocoa powder.
Incorporate the dry ingredients with a spatula, rub the dough well and then transfer it to a baking tray and bake until well browned. For the cream, whisk the liquid whipped cream and add the cough sugar and soluble coffee.
Prepare gelatin according to the directions on the package and mix well with the yogurt. Pour this composition over the whipped cream and mix well. Put the countertop on a platter and pour over the cream, evenly with a wide knife. Garnish the cake with whole coffee beans and keep it cold for 3 hours before serving.
