Cauliflower soup, post

Cauliflower soup is a unique dessert recipe, in which you can use cauliflower and something other than bread or baked food! It is easy, nutritious and tasty!

1 average cauliflower

2 l of water

3 potatoes

1 large onion

1 carrot

1 1/2 tablespoons flour

2-3 greases of oil

1 parsley / dill connection (by preference)



Method of preparation

Put the boiled water in the pot in which you prepare the soup.

Wash the cauliflower well and break it into small bouquets, then boil it in the pot. Add the minced onion and the carrot cut the rounds.

After 5-10 minutes, add the diced potatoes and let the vegetables boil. Add salt and pepper.

In the meantime, take a pan and put the oil on the heat, then pour the flour and let it cook until it turns a yellow color. To the flour, add 2 polishes of boiling soup.

When the soup is almost ready, the flour mixture with the soup in the pan turns into a large pot and mix. Leave it on the fire for a few minutes.

At the end, when you have closed the fire, add the parsley or minced dill.
