You've certainly heard of cabbage soup. Recommended in weight loss regimens, cabbage soup is a handy alternative for the fasting period. We offer you a simple and tasty recipe.
1 cabbage (700-800 g)
1/2 celery root
1 red pepper
4 tablespoons broth
50 ml of oil
2 l of water
Method of preparation
Heat the onion in the oil, then add the carrot given on the grating and allow a few minutes to soften. Put in the same pot and the rest of the chopped vegetables and sliced cabbage.
Add 2 liters of water and leave everything to boil until the cabbage comes.
At the end, put the broth in the soup, the boiled bag separately, the salt and the chopped green.
You can resume this recipe in periods outside the station and add a few pieces of smoked pork rib.
