Celery with oven herbs

Baked herb celery is a tasty preparation that helps you to introduce more easily into your child's diet a vegetable with many health benefits. The aromatic herbs give a special flavor to this main dish.

60 grams unsalted butter

1 large celery, peeled and cut into cubes

450 ml clear vegetable soup

1 half teaspoon dried rosemary

1 quarter of a teaspoon of dried thyme

1 salt powder

1 pepper powder

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced

2 tablespoons chopped onion julien

Method of preparation

Melt the butter in a large pot, over a suitable fire. Add the celery cubes and chop them, stirring occasionally. Pour over clear vegetable soup and wait for it to boil.

Simmer and stir for 5 minutes and add the aromatic herbs, salt and pepper.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and place the celery composition in a baking tray covered with aluminum foil. Leave the mixture to bake for 50-55 minutes.
